The data will be processed on the legal basis of consent having been granted by the individual providing said data. The User may withdraw said consent at any time, although this shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing operations that had been carried out prior to said withdrawal. The ROVI Group is active in a number of countries, including both other Group companies, customers and suppliers. Some of these third parties may be located in other countries, so that personal data may be transferred outside the countries where we and our customers are located.
