Throughout this year we incorporated new activities that reinforced our commitment to inclusion and personal development through sport. Paddle surfing and geocoaching initiatives in the Picadas Reservoir (Madrid), the Adapted Paddle Day in Granada and the Adapted Diving Course in Madrid offered volunteers and participants the opportunity to delve into previously unexplored disciplines. These experiences not only facilitated the learning of new sports disciplines but also promoted a collaborative environment in which we could all face challenges, discover capabilities and break barriers. The emotion shared in each activity reaffirmed our purpose of generating inclusive spaces that promote active participation and collective growth.
The activities that have been part of our volunteering for years continue to be a fundamental pillar in the consolidation of our culture of inclusion. The Multi-Activity Day in El Pardo and the Adapted Cycling Route through the Lecrín Valley (Granada), developed together with the Sports and Challenge Foundation, continue to offer us spaces for collaboration and fun with activities for the whole family. Likewise, in collaboration with the Foundation “También”, we participated again in the Adapted Canoeing in the River Sella and in the Adapted Ski Camp, initiatives that every year allow us to accompany participants in sports challenges that combine self-improvement, technique and teamwork.
Furthermore, the II Solidarity Padel Tournament, organized in collaboration with “A La Par” Foundation, has become an annual meeting point where sports and social commitment come together to generate a positive and lasting impact over time.
During 2025, our sports initiatives also led us to participate in various solidarity races, always with the purpose of promoting healthy lifestyle habits among our employees and their environment. In addition to the XIII Mental Health Race and the 9th Churriana Integra Inclusive Race, we joined in November the “Madrid También Solidario” Race, organized in the capital, and the iconic “Carrera de las Empresas de Madrid”, a meeting that brings together corporate teams from all over the city. In each of these events we share effort, motivation and commitment, demonstrating that sport is a powerful way to promote well-being, inclusion and social participation.
At ROVI we understand that corporate volunteering reinforces our culture of commitment, diversity and social involvement. The different initiatives promoted throughout the year have allowed us to consolidate a model of participation in which shared learning with people with different abilities contributes directly to both individual and collective development.
The most significant social impact is generated when people are actively and genuinely involved. Thanks to the dedication of the 475 employees who have participated in our 2025 activities, we have demonstrated that collaboration and sustained commitment allow us to build more inclusive, empathetic and cohesive environments, aligned with our corporate values and our vision of social responsibility.
