At ROVI, we understand health and safety at work as a tangible expression of caring for people. More than a set of measures, prevention forms part of a way of working in which anticipating, listening and improving are essential elements for building safe, healthy and reliable workplace environments and generating a positive impact on the people who work with us.
This commitment is supported by an Occupational Health and Safety Policy and a management system certified according to ISO 45001, reinforcing a preventive approach based on continuing improvement, risk identification and the implementation of tools and measures aimed at safeguarding people’s safety and well-being*.
However, a preventive culture is not built on systems alone. It is also constructed through closeness and participation. This is why, at ROVI, we have various channels in place to gather suggestions, concerns and needs from our teams and we encourage ongoing dialogue to allow us to continue to move forward in improving people’s working conditions and well-being.
Likewise, training plays a vital role in this process. Prevention requires knowledge, attention and continuous learning. Therefore, ROVI promotes training initiatives related to risk prevention, first aid, the use of protective equipment and preparedness for a variety of workplace situations. This is complemented by awareness campaigns, workshops and specific actions that help reinforce safe habits and keep preventive awareness alive across the organization.
This culture materialises in specific actions at the work centres. Ergonomic improvements, the reduction in operational risks and reinforcement of preventive training across different plants reflect the same conviction: prevention means constantly anticipating, observing, learning and improving.
At ROVI, furthermore, occupational health is understood in a broad sense. Prevention goes hand in hand with well-being initiatives, with resources that help to promote healthy habits and care for people’s physical and mental health. Because creating a safe environment also favours an environment in which people can carry out their work with balance, confidence and wellbeing.
We look to the future with a desire to continue to move forward. The ESG Master Plan 2026-2030 strengthens this commitment with specific targets in these areas, promoting an annual increase in training hours and continuing to consolidate increasingly robust and preventive management across the value chain.
Because building prevention is not only about avoiding risks. It is about of creating, day by day, a culture of care, responsibility and continuous improvement that places people at the centre and makes health and safety an inseparable part of ROVI’s identity and way of doing things.
