In the present context, where companies are called upon to take an active role in environmental protection and social welfare, we at ROVI consider sustainability to be an essential value to generate a positive brand impact and value. Therefore, sustainable decisions are fully integrated into our management model, our business strategy and our innovation processes.
Over recent years, we have moved firmly forward in our sustainable commitment, driven by our ESG Master Plan 2023-2025. This plan establishes specific, measurable goals and defines a clear roadmap for the whole organisation. The monitoring of the Plan is ensured by a Sustainability Committee and supervised by the Board of Directors, which assesses the progress and challenges in ESG-related matters annually.
Transparency beyond compliance
At ROVI, we go beyond legal obligations. We have anticipated Spanish regulations by voluntarily adopting the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), which allows our stakeholders to access clear, verified and relevant information on our impact and commitment. We firmly believe that sustainability is not an add-on but the core of our strategic decisions.
Senior management commitment
Sustainability has also been included as one of the key criteria in our senior management incentive systems. Part of the variable remuneration of the executive directors is linked to goals such as offsetting our scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions or implementing non-financial internal control systems. This alignment between purpose and management reflects a committed and transparent corporate culture.
